On March 28th, the Inn at Semiahmoo will be the scene of the 26th Annual Whatcom County Business Person of the Year Awards Dinner, an annual tradition that has come to be known as the place for local businesses to gather, honor their own, see and be seen. Hosted by Whidbey Island Bank and Northwest Business Monthly, the event will culminate with the announcement of award winners for Business Person of the Year, Best Small Business of the Year and Startup Business of the Year.  A special Lifetime Achievement Award will also bestowed on Frank Imhof, of IMCO General Construction, a Whatcom County family business since 1978.
